1st Step
(Booking)

  • Contact us via email/call or simply CLICK HERE
  • Fill in the details 
  • If you already have a quote then include this in the note section.
  • We will get back to you and send you a final confirmation on your itinerary.

 

 

2nd Step
(Deposit)

  • In order for us to secure the booking for your date we require 25% deposit.
  • Payments can be made to the company account.
  • Once received booking is instantly confirmed.
  • The remainder is settled on the day of your event.

Note: deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is made from our end.

3rd step
(Event day)

  • Prior to the day of the event we will be in touch to finalise the itinerary.
  • We will arrive early to set up.
  • Final balance has to be cleared before the event starts. 
  • During your event if any support is required we will be one phone call away.
  • Finally after event we will pack up.
