1st Step
(Booking)

- If you already have a quote then include this in the note section.
- We will get back to you and send you a final confirmation on your itinerary.
2nd Step
(Deposit)
- In order for us to secure the booking for your date we require 25% deposit.
- Payments can be made to the company account.
- Once received booking is instantly confirmed.
- The remainder is settled on the day of your event.
Note: deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is made from our end.
3rd step
(Event day)
- Prior to the day of the event we will be in touch to finalise the itinerary.
- We will arrive early to set up.
- Final balance has to be cleared before the event starts.
- During your event if any support is required we will be one phone call away.
- Finally after event we will pack up.
